i-Land - Essex Street

Birmingham

A new build mixed use development consisting of 271 apartments above 280m² of A3 retail space with basement car parking.

Located on a brownfield site in the heart of Birmingham’s Chinatown district, the Essex Street project sits opposite Crosby Homes’ Southside development. The whole site regeneration creates a significant urban place within this area of the city.

Weedon Architects were appointed by the Contractor as ‘Executive’ Architect.
