St Peter's Square - Finalist for the BCO Test of Time Award

The Test of Time Award was introduced in 2011 and rewards previous BCO award winners that have gone on to fulfil their original aspirations and intentions. It is a great accolade to be a finalist for this Award.
Previously One St Peter’s Square, Manchester won the award for Best Commercial Workplace at the British Council for Offices (BCO) annual National Awards. St Peter’s Square is historically significant and the building sits opposite the Grade 1 listed Town Hall and the Grade II* listed central library.
The building achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and contains retail space as well as Grade ‘A’ office space. Appointed as Executive Architects, we alongside Glenn Howells Architects to deliver the building.More information can be seen here.
